Giacomo Gonella

About Me

I am a PhD student in Information Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Trento, working in collaboration with Fondazione Bruno Kessler. I earned my BSc in Information Engineering and my MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Padua, where I completed a thesis on the exploration of Vision-Language Models (VLMs) under the supervision of Prof. Giorgio Satta and Prof. Loris Nanni.

My current research investigates crisis communication through Natural Language Generation, moving from broad, general messages to more precise and personalized communication.
